Welcome to KURAGRAPHYकुराग्राफी; if you love to read and experience a different culture, lifeworld, norms, values, traditions, cultural symbols, meanings of the symbols within the cultural believe universe through emic perspectives, Yes! You are in the right place to read and experience the Himalayan folklore and the oral tradition of storytelling.


I am a PhD candidate (Anthropology) at the ICS-ULisboa (2020/24), and I am a cultural anthropologist from the Himalayan country Nepal. Now I am residing in Lisbon, Portugal science last year. I do participant and non-participant observational social science researches through anthropological perspectives. My experiences as an autoethnography and my research, I collect the different folklores from the Himalayan lifeworld. I do enjoy anthropological research, and I'll keep doing it in the future. So, Now I dedicated to providing you with the very best never scripted Himalayan folklore, emphasising anthropological perspectives, indigenous folklore, Myths, and the people's daily lives folklores and their Oral tradition of storytelling. Now I have a backup collection of stories from the Himalayas; in the future, I wish to extend my research in transnational communities, and I have a passion for presenting different lifeworlds folklores and their way of storytelling.


Founded in 2020 by Kishor Subba Limbu, KURAGRAPHYकुराग्राफी has come a long way from its beginnings in Lisbon, Portugal and currently hosting from the Leuven, Belgium. When Kishor Subba Limbu first started out, my passion for indigenous folklore of the oral tradition of storytelling has been recorded in my anthropological fieldwork and transcribing and publishing in the global foram through a blog.
